This innovative fine-dining concept seamlessly blends Levantine and Japanese flavors, as Chef Ben Moshe and Sushi virtuoso Paris Katsampis (Former head Sushi-Chef of Nobu) craft a tasting menu that harmonizes two culinary worlds.

The 9-course tasting menu consists of exciting never-seen-before flavors and techniques, as well as multiple surprises in true Bellboy fashion.

Explore our curated drink pairing, designed by Bellboy’s world-renowned mixologists Marian Beke and Ariel Leizgold offering an array of sake, cocktails, and fine wines to match with every dish.
